Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your custom blanket pre-order for any reason and receive a full refund through January 15, 2027.

After that, the looms begin weaving! Your custom Pendleton blanket enters production, and orders can no longer be canceled or refunded for a change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Blankets

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us. We'll work directly with Pendleton Woolen Mills to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
